This Leadership Toolkit Portal and the One Gloucestershire Leadership Programme have been developed to equip and enable leaders who are working across the Gloucestershire health and care system. It is built upon the 5 Elements of Collaborative Leadership and, along with the content from the bespoke development programme, it also includes resources to support any leader in their role.
